Pinecrest owners need to speak up and make a move to change management companies, esp. after the uncontrollable rage displayed Mar 1, 2014 at the HOA mtg by Bill Duncan, Crest Management (formerly Diversified Management). So many mistakes have been made, and it's time for someone new.
